I am suffering from excessive cough formation inside my nose back of nack from last two year initially ENT Dr treated for Sinus problem but problem was remain same. Second Dr also treating for cough but problem is not solved. There is cough formation on regular basis and there is pain and "Jalan" inside nose. Cough came out when i spit it. unable to understand the issue it is two year now.

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis with post nasal drip.. permanent cure is not possible.. need regular treatment when symptoms arise..
