zHELLO,   CAP LIVOGEN XT ONE AT NIGHT.TAB FOLVITE FORTE TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. BOTH FOR ONE MONTH. TOTAL COURSE IS THREE MONTHS.OK.
