I'm unable to take Matra Basti daily due to office and daily schedule. Is it ok to take Matra Basti only on weekends? Will it be equally effective? What are the benefits of Matra Basti.

May I know for what reason you have opted for Matra-Basti ? Has any Vaidya advised it ?

Hello dear,Matra Basti is very effective phenomena for Rheumatoid arthritis and other Vat Rog i e sandhi shool,sandhi shoth,sandhi grah etc,It apply for 21 days ,3 day's intervals every weekly for good effects
