Enormous increase in weight

I do training everyday... My shedule is as follows Warming up Skipping for 20 mins Running of 2 to 4 kms Still my weight remains the same and increases if i skip one day.

Let's say you do 1 hour of training, but what about those 23 hours rest in a day? The food you have at home after that gives you the 90+% results.
