Enlarged prostate prostatomegaly grade 3

Dr I am Gopal Shamapant age 60 years diagnosed with prostate enlargement in 2017. In 2017 the prostate weighed 35 grams in 2018. It weighed 40 grams and presently it is 60 grams I don't have problem with passing urine nor I have any burning in urine or I get up in nights to pass urine . My psa currently is 1.3 ng/ml. Dr can you please give your valuable opinion and suggestions. And also prescribe medicine to shrink prostate size I will be thankful.

Sir, if you don't have any problem with urination, you don't need any treatment to decrease the prostate size. Just ignore the prostate size.
