Enlarged prostate, gall stone and hernia

My father is having enlarged prostate with a gall stone. The report attached. Doctor has prescribed surgery of prostrate. Currently he is taking Geripod D once daily for past 2.5 years. At night there is frequent urination. Any other options rather than surgery? Is any homeopathy option for this?
