My son is 5.7 yr old. He does tongue sucking in night. Doc has advised for nasal endoscopy to check if its adenoids enlargement. Is it safe for a little boy to do nasal endoscopy. is adenoids enlargement is curable with medicine or surgery is must. Tia

For checking adenoid enlargement we could do a X-ray Nasopharynx (soft tissue neck lateral view) And surgery is a must and be done asap in cases of 1)paediatric OSA WITH BEHAVIOURAL CHANGES 2)Pt develops ear complications
