Endoscopy cost starts from 6000 in any reputed centre. Other costs are seperate. Endoscopy looks in the stomach and duodenum.  So these two have to be absolutely empty before Endoscopy otherwise nothing will be visible. Foods should not be taken upto 6 hours before it. Plain water may be allowed till 2 hours before it.
