My wife is suffering from a Large solid cystic lession( measuring size 64×78×68 mm) at the right adnexal region anteriorly; and We decided to go with a surgery after we'll have a child in upcoming years. But currently she is suffering from a lot of pain during intercourse rather than this mess I m using lubricants everytime during intercourse but still she is complainting about pain. Now What to do next to avoid pain during intercourse in this disease
