Mri abdomen to assess extent of the disease. Followed by surgery. Laparoscopic /robotic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection with/without paraaortic lymph node dissection based on the stage of the disease constitutes complete surgery. Based on pathology report, further treatment like radiation therapy will be decided
