Asking this for purpose for enhancing Endometrial thickness Since Sildenafil is initially designed for oral use by men but for women ET, Can Sildenafil be placed directly inside vagina or it needs to be in first crushed or need to buy in gel form.

Sildenofil is used in dosage of 50 mg per day orally. It is started from day 2 or 3 of the cycle and is continued till date of Ovulation when Progesterone secretion starts. Vaginal Sildenofil is used as 25 mg twice daily. The tablets are crushed and moistened and kept in the vagina.
