No history of polyp. Polyp was detected on day 13 while undergoing IUI. It disappeared in next cycles. Now undergoing IVF, polyp appeared again. Do they occur due to ovulation induction? Polyp size 0.5 cm. Is polypectomy required for small polyps or do they regress on their own or medications can help before embryo transfer especially ? What are the chances of recurrence or appearance of new ones in different place, if I undergo a polypectomy? I hope someone answers this for me. Thank you.
