Endometrial polyp

Echogenic focus of 9.9X4.0 mm in the mid endometrial cavity. Color flow shows dominant feeding vessels. These changes are of a polyp. Coronal view shows normal myometrial endometrial interface. What is this? Is this risky or compulsory to remove?

It requires histopathological examination to rule out hyperplasia. Get it removed and examined.
