I got my report as no atypia/ hyperplasia / malignancy. Impression: proliferative phase endometriam with probable pill effect. What does this means?

You should induce  bleeding  by tablet meprate 10mg three times a day for 3days then stop bleeding will start or go for d&C is best and check the endometrial tissue for any malignancy

Is it histopathology report which is suggestive that there is no malignancy or precursor of cancer.. The phase s proliferative that has to b discussed with ur gynaec..as its to b correlated in relation to ur menstrual cycle
