I had emphysema showing on x ray and after few months of taking inhaler i had x ray again it was normal . My question is my doctor told me my emphysema is cured and discontinued medication as it was very mild. Can emphysema be cured?asking because I'm having trouble breathing and on medicine again .

Normally emphysema will occur, in chronic Lung condition. It is very difficult to cure Emphaseema.ppl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
