Unable to concentrate..my mind keeps working n overthinking continously...sumtym i feel drained iff thinking and feel like sleeping

Dear 'Emotional Issues' Thinking can be strenuous and you can feel sleepy due to exhaustion after using up energy thinking. I think you feel that you are overthinking, but I do not know whether it is true. Unless an issue of what you are overthinking about is mentioned it cannot be solved. Your complaining about being unable to concentrate gives me the feeling that something is bothering you but because this is a public platform  and you seem uncomfortable mentioning your problem, I request you to find a counselling psychologist and book an appointment.
