Elongated styloid process

I have bilateral styloid process 5cm both sides .but I feel tightness in right side of throat.endoscopy is normal.mri is normal.CT shows bilateral styloid process. Tried tegrital 100 and pregabalin 75.but no improvement. Now what should I do for this problem tried so many ent doctors.

An elongated styloid process can be treated in 3 ways- 1) Medication- which you are already taking 2) Injection around the area with a local anaesthetic and corticosteroid by an Interventional radiologist. 3) Surgical excision of the styloid process. Good luck.
