No. There is no cause for concern.
RBC count is very minimally raised. It is a good thing. Because of this his Haemoglobin level is good. His MCV & MCH are slightly less but it is compensated by high RBC count.
Potassium is also very minimally raised. I am sure if you do the test again after 2 weeks from a different Laboratory, the report will be normal.
