On my 31st day post covid my d dimer is 1.12 is it concerning I don't have any issue till now just little backache and had mild covid followed by one day fever... should I take aspirin 75 daily and when it'll return to normal.

What is the reference range mentioned in your report. If the levels are less than 2 times elevation considering your 22 years of age you dont need any medicines. If it is more than 2 times increase you might need tab apixaban But I advise you to consult a doctor before starting this tablet
