Send your whole report , for fatty liver you need to change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications with weight loss. Crp,esr elevated levels indicate that any inflammation or any infection ongoing in your body.so better if you consult with general physician locally.

A daily temperature climbing from 97 to 100 with elevated CRP and ESR means your body is fighting something. The fatty liver finding alone doesn't explain the fever pattern.
Next Steps
You need further evaluation. Your doctor should look for hidden infections or inflammatory conditions that the CT may not have caught.
