Elbow Rom restricted 😞

I had a coronal shear fracture distal humerus then I went through surgery on 26 July 2025 but right now my rom is not full like it is restricted 125 flexion and 35 short of full straightening Please help i religiously doing excercise but not get result Please help I'm. Doctor but feel helpless

Hello dear... It is quite common in operated distal humerus fractures. Functional activities usually need 30 to 135 degree, so you are having 35 to 135 degree is good. 10 to 30 degree extensor lag is common even in well operated cases... So do not worry continue physio in planned manner which may improve ROM further.... Have a good day.
