Elbow Problem

Dear Team, Please help me to suggest the solution of my elbow problem. Actually my left arm elbow is fractured 10 years before.At the time of fracture when plaster is remove from my left arm hand.Due to some family problem i am unable to do the exercise.So that my left elbow is not open properly like normal elbow open and close.Kindly help me.
