Elbow pain

I am suffering from pain in right elbow while lifting the weight upwards in gym. It specially occurs while doing exercise for triceps and shoulders. Is it tennis elbow?? What should I do.

Yes it's lateral epicondylitis means tennis elbow in this pain mainly comes on triceps and wrist extension work out.

do ice packs over elbow and wear tennis elbow band.stop lifting weights till pain subsides.after that starts resistive  wrist extension exercise with repitition less than five then  mcrease as pain decrease
