I am regular gymer, I started out a new program of lifting heavy weights, and I think while doing benchpress injured my elbow, I can't feel any pain if I am pressing from any side but I sometimes it suddenly the pain strikes for a second, like while taking down my pants or moving something on the horizontal plane, and I wrist has also gotten weaker, it's been three days and I think its healing,

Go for physiotherapy treatment(ultrasound therapy for elbow joint; 8 minutes, wax therapy) for ten days.wear a elbow brace for three weeks. avoid arm workouts for two weeks. stop lifting heavy weights with that injured elbow. at home apply ice packs to your elbow for 5 minutes, once in three hours
