Ejaculation and Urination problem
When I ejaculate after masterbation i feel a strong urge to pee even if I'm empty and inflammation also and when I drink water I urinate frequently and when I go for 2nd time Urination I experience too much pain, sharp pain like pin is inserted in skin. It feels on the tip of the penis inside the Urination pipe. The ejaculation part I feel sometimes like 1-2 times in a month and the Urination pain problem I feel most of the time. When I drink 300-500ml of water I cannot hold that water in my body for much longer, I go to pee after 30-45 min. Please anyone give me any idea what condition I'm experiencing.
we have to rule out infection and obstruction and also overactivity of the bladder, by looking at your symptoms it looks like an infection most probably but in crux these 3 things have to be ruled out and after doing some basic lab and radiology tests we can come to the diagnosis and once you have the problem diagnosed then you can solve it also
