After how many days ectopic mass absorbs in body when bhcg turns negative?or even after bhcg negative it will grow?

If b hcg is negative then no need to worry... The ectopic mass will not grow

the adnexal mass resolved significantly more slowly than did hCG levels. Once beta-hcg is negative, you are clear. If it is growing, beta-HCG will rise. But due to scarring there can fibrosis which leads to adhesions at ectopic site.
