I had pregnancy symptoms, faint line on upt and after 2 days negative upt anf hcg below 2.39, My right side of abdominal is hurting from past 4 days and i also noticed some spotting and bleeding started on my due date of period, it's normal bleeding. But I'm worried if it's ectopic vaginal bleeding or periods.
