Echogenic foci 7mm in left ureter lower

Hello doctor I am suffering from stone pain so got ultrasound and report says left ureter is slightly dilated and shows echogenic foci of size 7mm in its lower end. My ultrasound report Impression is below 1) GRADE 1 HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS DUE TO LOWER URETERIC CALCULUS 2) SMALL B/L RENAL CALCULI Kindly suggest what to do, your answer will be helpful for me. Thanks

There are chances that ureteric stone may come out by its own. You can. Continue conservative measures for 2 weeks. Drink lot of water Visit urologist Even after that stone is at same location than surgery
