Hi, I got an ECG done for shortness of breath. Attached is the report which says No acute ST T changes seen. What does it mean? Is it normal?

It means there is no acute myocardial infarction(heart attack) which typically has ST elevation or depression.However,better share connect full ECG report and need clinical history as there is non ST elevated changes possible.
