It is a normal one. The notches maybe due to abnormal placement of of ecg leads. As your age is around 33 years no need to worry.

Need to know why you can taken a ECG? Routine health check up or -
1)Whether you are having any symptoms like chest pain or palpitations or sweating ?
2)Whether you are having diabetes or hypertension or family history of coronary heart disease or elevated triglyceride levels ?
3)Have you done a Troponin I test ?
4)Whether your chest pain is typical - like -central, pressure-like or squeezing pain that may radiate to the left arm, neck, or jaw, triggered by exertion or stress and relieved by rest or nitrates ?
