I am a 35 yrs old active man, working out daily, last week at night, midnight my sleep break and I find pain in my left chest pain was not intense and was mild simultaneously my left hand was felling like numbness for sometime as I think it was under my body. Later after some time numbness resolved by itsown , I was also having gas and I passed stool as well. I was worried if it is a heart pain. However pain is not thereafter, it was for some time only. The ECG appears to be normal, however ECG alone is not conclusive. You may have gastrointestinal tract issues

It can be due to gas also.as your ecg report is normal and other reports are also normal, there is no need to worry. First of all change your lifestyle...it doesn't mean that you are active and working daily, your body needs rest also and proper meditation also. Eat less oily, spicy, hot food. And heavy food at night also exaggerate the symptoms. Also add fresh Curd, yoghurt, butter milk in your diet. Add dryfruits in your diet. Eat more salads. Relax yourself,it will help you more than a medicine.
Next Steps
If the problem persists you must consult.

I looked through all your concerns along with the given ECG and the informations of the blood reports. The cause might not be related to heart but you just can't rule it out on the basis of normal ECG. But bloating on a regular interval is also not good. It's highly likely a gastrointestinal problem.
Next Steps
You can book a practo consultation with me so that I can review the reports properly and run few tests so that I can help you to overcome your issues

Your reported ECG and blood tests are reassuring, and brief pain with gas/hand numbness is less typical of a heart attack. However, an ECG cannot rule out every cardiac cause. If pain returns, lasts over 10 minutes, occurs with exertion, or comes with breathlessness, sweating or fainting, seek emergency care immediately.
Next Steps
Please arrange an in-person evaluation and bring the ECG/report for review. You may also consult or book with me on Practo for a focused assessment.

Hello, Your ECG appears reassuring based on the image provided, with a regular heart rate around 80/min and no obvious acute abnormality visible on this ECG. However, an ECG alone cannot completely rule out a cardiac cause of chest pain. Your symptoms can also occur due to gas/acid reflux, musculoskeletal pain or anxiety, particularly given the previous normal cardiac evaluation, but the symptoms should be assessed in context. If chest pain becomes severe/persistent, occurs with breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, fainting, or pain radiating to the arm/jaw, please seek urgent medical evaluation. For a detailed assessment of your ECG, symptoms and previous reports, you can consult me personally on Practo.

Since you have had previous similar episodes which have settled with pantoprazole and also got evaluated for cardiovascular disease 3 years ago it is highly unlikely that this was a cardiac event. However an ECG may not be able to pick up an initial stage of a myocardial infarction(heart attack)It is always advised to do high sensitivity troponins like Troponin I to rule out an active heart attack when you're having chest pain.
Next Steps
You can consider taking a trial of Tab.VONOPRAZAN 10 mg twice daily for 3 days along with Syp.MAGALDRATE+SIMETHICONE 10 ml as and when similar episode develops. If it does not settle you will need to get evaluated for chest pain in the emergency department

Consult directly for detailed evaluation and management

The symptoms described cannot be attributed to acidity/gas alone without proper evaluation. Although the pain was mild and transient and previous cardiac investigations were normal, recurrent chest discomfort associated with left-arm numbness should not be ignored. A normal ECG is reassuring but, depending on the timing of symptoms and clinical risk factors, it may not by itself exclude an acute cardiac problem. Since you are 35 and physically active, musculoskeletal pain, cervical nerve compression, or gastrointestinal causes are also possible. However, a proper clinical examination is required to differentiate these. “it is just gas” or “your heart is completely normal” based only on the information provided.
Next Steps
If chest pain recurs and is persistent/severe, or is associated with breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, nausea, or pain/discomfort spreading to the arm, jaw, back or neck, seek urgent emergency medical care rather than waiting for an online consultation.
Health Tips
Please consult a physician/cardiologist for examination and review of your current ECG. Depending on the history, your doctor may decide whether further testing such as cardiac biomarkers, echocardiography or other cardiac evaluation is required.
