ECG looks normal. Needs further evaluation. If you feel it is arrhythmia (abnormal heart rate/ beat) it might be intermittent and may not be picked up by one ECG hence may need continuous ambulatory ECG (24-48hrs), also need to rule out other causes including anxiety and hormonal causes including Thyroid.
