Is there any good ECG device for home use .if yes please tell because my father has diabetes mellitus with diabetes nephropathy...also having dyslipidemia and hypertension and hypothyroidism ..he is 63 ...any tips to prevent cardiovascular diseases

Having an ECG device at home will not help you. I agree with you that your father needs cardiac testing and cardiac prevention as he is high risk due to  multiple co-morbidities . I suggest you take help of an experienced physician.
