Can someone please tell if my ecg is normal? In Echo it's written lvdd grade 2. I m worried. I m having palpitations from 8 months while sleeping and when I wake and turn it becomes fine. Having fatty liver and gerd. Reports attached.

Please share a clear ECG picture. Grade II diastolic dysfunction can be due to high BP.
