Attaching ECG and Lipid Profile for reference Problems : Sometimes get needle like chest pain on left side..pain is not continuous and comes may be twice or thrice a day.

Your ECG is normal. Your symptoms do not seem to be heart related considering needle prick character of the pain and normal ECG. Cholesterol though little bit on higher side does not need any medicines at present. It can ne managed by lifestyle modifications like regular exercise,  weight control amd diet changes.
