Ecg: abnormal r wave progression

My father diabetic from past 30 years, on insulin therapy daily, feeling tired from past few days and pain on middle of left hand frequently. When consulted general practitioner they told it's may not be heart related, may be orthopedic. We had done lipid profile and ecg and sugar test. Please check attached reports sir.

Please  do  echo and TMT on urgent  basis . It can be cardiac origin since he is long  standing  diabetic . If TMT IS NEGATIVE  IT CAN be muscular  . If the pain associated  with  exertion  more likely  to  be  cardiac  origin

Hi. The lipid levels and ecg were within normal limits. Continue medications advised by your doctor, If symptoms persists its better to take echocardiogram and treadmill test as he has long duration of diabetes.
