Eat a lot still no increase in weight

Hi, I am 22. I eat a lot and regularly. But the issue is, I go to latrine almost everyday after lunch. Also, i feel burning sensation in my chest, and people say I even have high metabolism. I want to gain weight, but am not able to even after exercises everyday. I eat staple diet food including breakfast, lunch, dinner and don't eat outside food, nor any soda or alcohol. Also, I eat lot of vegetables and fruits. Is not being able to gain weight have to do with my constant urge for motion after lunch and chest burn after eating food?

Have you ever felt aversion to a certain kind of food? I suspect it could either be gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance. pPlease consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis followed by a dietitian to guide you alternative foods to gain weight.
