Recently my ears get clogged along with light ear pain and mucus in the throat on head bathing and or in cold weather. Reason for it is and i had low vitamin D and i am taking medication for it

Hi Greetings Ear blockage can be due to cold or throat infections.
Next Steps
take steam inhalation twice daily. Needs mucolytics and anti histaminics with nasal decongesants. to consult for further opinion
