Is it normal to only have gsac and yolk sac at 6 weeks 1 day and no fetal pole?Or there is a concern? Till when is heartbeat expected to come?

No it is not normal Yes it is a matter of concern Fetal pole should appear at 6 weeks Heartbeat appears at 7 weeks
