My last periods was on 17th August ended on 21st August but from 24th August I saw spotting again and today on 5th September I again got my periods. Why is it so???

Spotting a few days after your period ended, followed by a full period again within two weeks, usually points to a short hormonal cycle or ovulation-related spotting rather than something serious.
