Early Periods ,PCOD, and first intercose

I would like to consult regarding some unusual vaginal bleeding and possible pregnancy risk. My last period started on 26 September and lasted around 5–6 days. I had my first sexual intercourse on 4 October. Today, 8 October, I started bleeding again, which seems much earlier than my expected period. I have problem of PCOD too. I was on medication for 3 months on kremson 21 day tablet. I am concerned about whether this bleeding is actually a period or abnormal/spotting related to intercourse hormonal changes, or any other issue. I am also worried about the possibility of pregnancy and would like to know whether this bleeding can be related to pregnancy. Please advise me on when I should take a pregnancy test and whether I need any examination or other tests. I would also like to know if there is anything I should watch for, such as unusual pain, heavy bleeding, discharge, or other symptoms. Please let me know if this situation requires an in-person gynecological consultation Thank you

Bleeding this soon after your period, and only four days after intercourse, is unlikely to be pregnancy related. It's too early for implantation bleeding to show up yet. With PCOD, your hormones can trigger extra spotting or an irregular cycle on their own, especially coming off Kremson. This is most likely hormonal rather than anything to do with the intercourse itself.
Next Steps
If you want to rule out pregnancy, a home urine test is most reliable from around 3 weeks after intercourse, so waiting until later this month gives an accurate result. Since you have PCOD, it's worth seeing a gynaecologist for a pelvic ultrasound and hormone check to understand why the bleeding is happening.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the bleeding becomes heavy, lasts more than a week, or you get fever, severe pain or unusual discharge.
