Ear wax is filled inside ear unable to listen and ear feels full...i am using soliwax ear drop is it okay Can i use any other best thing to heal it very fast?

If there is impacted wax it needs to be removed after instilling wax softening ear drop.. soliwax ear drop doesn't dissolve the wax.. visit an ENT specialist for wax removal..
