I have been feeling a blockage in my left ear and I feel like I hear less from the left ear in compare to right ear. What am I supposed to do? Please guide

This can be due to ear wax or some middle ear pathology ... Sometimes it can be due to sudden nerve damage also ... Kindly consult an ent doctor
