Hello..there is probably wax accumulation in your ear canal. You should not use ear buds for cleaning your ears regularly. In your case probably while trying to clean your ears you have pushed the ear wax more deeper in your ear canal right next to your ear drum. Hence, you are feeling pain and a blockage sensation in your ears. You must visit a nearby ENT specialist to get your ears checked and cleaned if required. I would recommend not to attempt cleaning your ears yourself . Thank you
