Hi! Seems like you had an episode of cold leading accumulation of secretion in your ear. Simple cold medication like levocetrizine once daily along with steam inhalation and valsalva exercise (watch it on YouTube) for 2 weeks should relieve your symptoms. If you have pain in ear or discharge coming from ear then do visit a ENT doctor
