Dear sir  my both ear feels full, it looks like the ear is full of water, the buzzing is also there.

Hello, it is usually seen due to Middle ear fluid or Eustachian tube block, kindly consult ENT specialist online as early possible to avoid infection in the ear due to this, you will be asked for more details.

Hi! Seems like you had an episode of cold leading accumulation of secretion in your ear. Simple cold medication like levocetrizine once daily along with steam inhalation and valsalva exercise (watch it on YouTube) for 2 weeks should relieve your symptoms. If you have pain in ear or discharge coming from ear then do visit a ENT doctor
