Dear patient, please get a fitness for surgery from a MD/ DNB medicine physician..raised sgot sgpt  is ok if patient does not have jaundice or liver disease clinically.for ear perforation, which Is generally done under local anaesthesia, it Is safe..but since it's a non emergency surgery, u should rectify other health issues, if it's present , an then undergo surgery.
