Please see the attachment with marked the pain area in red Since 3 days I am experiencing mild pain inside the right ear and just below the scul (marked ...When I touch pain will be more). And from this morning experiencing similar in left ear part too. Please suggest

Ok .  You can try by starting some basic meds like tab enzoflam. 2 times a day for 5 days. And hot pack locally at the site of pain.. but if same, get assessed by an ent either on phone or in person
