Ear pain for a week

I have ear pain and ringing like sound like"tttt" in ear for a week and when I sleep at a left side i felt pain in left ear.i use clear wax but it didn't not work my pain doesn't gone. Pls suggest a ear drops that can help and one ear drop I didn't not know name but it give heating sensation pls recommend that Or recommend the best.
