Water get into the ear during taking bath , my ears started paining there after , sometimes it pains lightly and sometimes it pain little hard and my both ears are paining lightly

As there's history of entering water in the ears most probable cause is fungal infection..for that first need to clean the fungal debris and then put antifungal ear drops.visit an ENT specialist for that.
