I’ve cold and cough since 5 days. But now I have ear pain and throat pain. Something is blocking my ears.

You seem to be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
